Rocking River Campground located in the Kootenays in Salmo British Columbia, Canada

"ROCKING RIVER" campground is located on highway #3, 8 kilometers south of Salmo, in the beautiful Kootenay Country of British Columbia, Canada.

Centrally located, we are just minutes away from the BC-USA border and only a few hours from the Alberta border.

The campground is situated on 10 acres located on the Salmo River.
Each camp site has a unique "THEME". The sites are spacious enough for tent or RV travelers alike so that you do not feel like you are on top of each other.

As "Rocking River" is a FAMILY orientated campground, the owners and your hosts, Wayne and Sue Anson, strive to provide something for all.

Peaceful - Large sites where you really get back to nature

Swimming hole to cool down adjacent to the property.

Pets are welcome at the Rocking River Campground but must be controlled by the owner.
